a couple of weeks back, my pre-schooling cousins went home with these papers in hand. mum said they were applications for the jollibee kids club + decided to enter me, too.
here’s what you need to join the club:
- be 12 years old + below
- to fill up the membership application form (just like the one photographed above) or let your mum fill it out for you, just like i did! 😉
- bring your filled-out form to any jollibee branch near you + pay the P50 membership fee
+ that’s it! you will be issued a jollibee kids club id which will be valid for one whole year. i was lucky since they have an ongoing promo, so my card is valid for 3 years!

it comes with play cards of the cute jollibee mascots +kids club card which also serves as a discount card.

wow. you are too young but still your mom registered you for that! cool! well at elast you have a lot more years to come to enjoy being at the kids club. I wish my mom also registered me there when i was a kid.

I was, when I was young. I used to receive gifts from them annually until I can’t remember what age they stopped. 🙂 Being a kiddie club member is cool, they have a lot of fun activities instore for you!
wow..you received a membership kit???how come when we apply for my sons card we didnt received such kit 🙁 i wonder… what branch did you apply?
i actually had my tita, applied for me, mum just filled out the application form + paid for the fee, when my tita came home later that afternoon, she got my kit including a jollibee kiddie meal which i shared with my mum 🙂 it was the malolos city branch here in bulacan 🙂

Meron din ako card..Pero ganito yun, nilapitan ako ng isang crew at inalok ako ng kids club card at binayaran ko ng 50 pesos.Binigay sa akin ung card at may free snacks na pie at mini sundae,pero wala akong na fill-up na kahit anong papel,basta na lang inabot sa akin ung card matapos bayaran ung card.
i think this is now the current practice when applying for the jollibee kids club card. no need to fill out forms anymore, makes it faster + easier for mums! 🙂
