yep, this little tot has found a new little corner, a physical one that is, as we recently moved to a new house in the city. mum, together with my tita, decided to rent out our own place + we have found this little cute house just a few minutes away from tita‘s work.

we moved last thursday. dad + mum packed all our things in the car + traveled to our new home which is also just about 20 minutes away from our old place {my mama + papa’s house}.

i love the new place because it is blue! plus i’d also love to give the stairs a go some time soon. mum keeps an eye on me so i won’t play at the stairs since it’s too risky + i might fall off, but she lets me go up + down the steps while she holds me.

we haven’t got time to take out the camera + take some photos but i’ll share some as soon as we did.

in the meantime, i’ll just sleep in some more {while mum does this post :D}!

my new toy from proud mommy of three

i recently got a new toy + i just love it! 🙂

a package arrive for mum last week + lookit what it has inside – my new kung fu panda stuff toy! it is our prize from the pasko sa agosto giveaway of proud mommy of three. i bet my other stuff toys are also happy, just like me, to have another playmate.

kids in doodles 20: jared + the fun rides

one of the best things that i enjoy doing the most is playing + when we go out to visit the mall, mum makes it a point to bring me somewhere i can play around + have fun. mum + dad bought me to activefun a number of times {see my stories about them here + here} + just last week, while mum was busy attending an event, dad bought me to to this fun play area in the mall. too bad we were not able to snap some photos as mum had the camera with her.

so i will just share this fun photo my tita took two sundays ago when we went out for a stroll in the mall near our place {check out the complete post here}. the arcade part of the mall features fun rides for little kids like me to enjoy. there is a motorcycle that really looks like the real thing, a jeep, a car, a carousel ride, + some others. of all those, this blue airplane caught my attention so i had to sample it.

tita bought a couple of coins so we can check out how the thing goes, but the moment you dropped the coin, it comes whizzing much too loud for my taste. i had this thing with those scary whizzing sounds, you see. they closely resemble the sound of my nebulizer, which i did not really like. so as quickly as it came to life, i had to sprung myself off of the ride + onto my mum’s arms. me + the airplane ride is done 😉

i’ve also tried the motorcyle ride but i was not too keen on it, either, as obviously shown on the photos above. oh well, i guess, i will get to enjoy these rides more when i get a bit older + bigger, right? i’m stuck with my bike for the meantime + those occasional go at my dad’s car whenever i had the chance.

a colorful grandparent’s day weekend

last week, we went out to catch some fresh air + spend some precious time outside. unfortunately we were not able to visit my mama + papa’s graves that hot + humid afternoon. me, mum + tita cel went to the nearby waltermart to have a very late lunch.

when we arrived to the mall, guess who was there to welcome us? my favorite, jollibee, + i was so excited! tita cel quickly took a photo of us. can you tell how happy i was in the photo? 🙂

we saw this in the mall’s activity area, looks like they had a grandparents’ day celebration earlier that day. ironically for me, i did not get to meet my grandparents. mama + papa went up to heaven 2 years before i was even born. i bet they would’ve smoldered me with hugs + kisses if they were still around + maybe they will always play with me or take me outside whenever i want to. maybe my grandparents will spank mum if she is misbehaving 😀

anyway, after that we ate our very late lunch at chowking. mum ordered lomi so i can have my quick fix of soup, i just love soups! i ate a lot of rice + drank half of mum’s iced tea, too, i guess i must’ve been hungry that day!

after finishing our meals, we stroll around the mall for a bit. mum browsed through some furniture at the home section. she must’ve been planning to get something for when we move to our new house. we also went to the department store where mum bought me a couple of colorful + cute sandos. we also stopped by the groceries to get some staples {read a can of my favorite formula milk ;)}

we also went to the arcade part of the mall where there are games + rides for kids. i sampled the airplane but had to cut my ride short as i don’t feel too comfy with the turbulence 😉

of course, any trip to the mall will never be complete without us riding my favorite of them all, the elevator! this time, though, we only went a few times as this particular mall only had two floors + just a pair of elevators we can ride.
