kids in doodles: train ride with mum

fun rides, kids in doodles, out + about, rides

time again for another round of kids in doodles + today i will share all about our fun train ride experience. no, i was not talking about a real train like the mrt or the lrt, although i’ve ridden those a number of times already. i am actually referring to those fun + colorful trains that roam around whenever we visit the mall! 🙂

last year, we had the chance to go to eastwood mall in libis + was lucky to be able to ride this cool green train. i guess mum still thinks am too little to ride on my own so she accompanied me on this fun adventure + i guess from the look on this photo mum’s friend, mummy willa, took, you can easily say that i was not the only one who enjoyed the ride, right?

a ride in a cool + colorful train like this is something i’d always enjoy + did i mention mum promised we will ride this one we saw at the local robinsons soon? i simply cannot wait!

okay your turn to share your fascinating doodles with us. share a photo of you riding anything, a horse, a car, a boat, or that awesome-looking ride at tagaytay’s sky ranch, the vikings, which i’d like to try when i am older, anything at all. do not forget to include one our badges + link up! see you around 🙂

kids in doodles: photo op with santa!

kids in doodles, out + about, weekend, christmas

it is christmas time + what better way to celebrate it here at kids in doodles than by showing off our photos with santa in it! 🙂

we went to the mall over the weekend as we accompanied my titas in shopping for christmas gifts + other stuff. mum also bought a couple of gifts for me + dad. the mall sure is a happy place to be in this time of year as there are loads of colorful + beautiful displays all around + it was teeming with happy shoppers busy hopping from one shop to the next looking for items to buy.

one of the lovely christmas attraction of the particular mall we visited is the chance to have your photos taken with santa! we paid php50 to get in, the payment will be donated to the survivors of super typhoon yolanda, so it feels like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone. meeting santa upclose + personal + extending help to those who need it, a win-win situation! 😀

mum initially was not supposed to be in the photo as she will be taking my picture but since a very kind kuya was on stand-by  to help take our photos, mum was able to be in this picture with santa! that’s another item on our christmas checklist ticked off! just excuse the bib on the first photo, it is my security blanket + i do not want to go anywhere without it.

after our photo op with santa, mum also took a quick snap of me sitting in santa’s big red sofa. it sure is comfy + am sure i can fall asleep in it!

time for you to share your wonderful photo ops with santa. do not forget to include one of our badges on your post + link up. visit our other playmates to make our game + christmas more fun!

have a wonderful christmas everyone! ^_^

a lot of my playmates are clad in their favorite superheroes ~ wonder woman + super girls, while others came in peter pan, prince + fairy costumes. we all look fancy! {that’s kim + fina, with me in the photo}

apart from the colorful costumes, we also made this cool frankestein paper mask out of paper cut-outs! what do you think?

after our recess, we had an exciting ghost hunt + pin-the-spider-legs game. i only manage to find one ghost, though, but i was able to paste all of the spider’s 8 legs!

we also had a piñata filled with candies + our teacher even prepared a treat bag for everyone! we all had a wonderful time!

how’s your trick or treat activities this year? share your colorful stories with us + let’s make this game even better by visiting the other playmates!

happy halloween! 🙂
